  Main objective: – Support the company’s activities and assure implementation of high quality of “In-company-learning mobility” – Plan, prepare and evaluate with the company the 3 phases of before, during and after mobility Animator profile : teacher, coach mobility or mobility referent from a vocational training center or an intermediary organization Public/Target audience : company owners Language : In English and in native language Target audience’s level : any level English level : A1 – B1 Duration : 2h30 Professional sector : any sector   Pre-requisite : Agreement about sending and hosting process,   Tools needed : internet connection, videoconference (skype,…), presentation of the mobility project and the partners involved, EQAMOB&Co checklist for sending and hosting, training portfolio of the apprentice supposed to leave for mobility and European traineeship contract with training plan, EUROPASS mobility, EAS evaluation tools, EQAMOB&CO tools for awarding process, … Context :   The quality assurance procedure implies to organize planning, implementation, evaluation, review of actions :   – the training center & company owner / tutor needs to prepare together the mobility (hosting and/ or sending) and go through matching procedures – the company owner / tutor should be enabled to keep in touch with the learner during the mobility (in particular long term mobility) – the company owner / tutor can participate in the evaluation of the mobility outcomes at the end of the project – the company owner / tutor should be enabled to formalize the results of the mobility of himself and can communicate with peers to promote the projects Mode : online meetings by videoconference (Skype or other tools of videoconference)
